Sometimes new client-relationships start with odd projects. The first thing we had to make after winning the business was a fair stand for the Automechanika Dubai. The Car Clinic concept allowed for some hot nurses and for live entertainment. The stand won the best of show award, got a lot of media coverage and also earned us the trust of this new client. So then we went on to do bigger things…
This is the case film about the entire campaign. It runs four minutes and they are worth it.
In case you skipped the film: here's pretty much what we did. The idea of "Yes, we really service all cars, all models with all quality parts" was the core. From internal to consumer communication across any touchpoint.
In Arabic "Yes" translates to "Akid". This explains some of the creative. The campaign won Grand Prix and Gold Effies as well as many creative awards - including separate awards for each different element.
Another little thing we did: this type-animation ran with and without sound on digital displays at car races.
In time for the campaign launch over 100 dealers in the Middle East got these packs to prepare their offices.
It also included guidlines and templates for their communication.

And then, after running the brand campaign, it was time for the next Automechanika stand. This time we went a bit more creative. The whole stand was made of giant parts boxes arranged in a wild pile and included a packaged GM car. Again: the stand won best of show and other design awards.
